Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
This Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on capitalsimpleses.com and how you can manage your preferences through the consent banner, in compliance with the Google Consent Mode v2 standard.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to recognize it on subsequent visits. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent, and can be managed by Capitalsimpleses or by third parties.
2. Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. By default all non-essential categories (advertising, personalization and analytics) are denied. Google scripts, including Google Ads, respect your choice until you actively update it from the banner or the settings panel.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: support the operation of the site. Analytics: help us understand aggregate site usage. Advertising: enable measurement and delivery of Google Ads campaigns. Personalization: remember your preferences, such as the selected language.
4. How to manage your consent
On your first visit you will see the cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all or open the settings panel to choose categories. Your decision is saved in localStorage and re-applied on subsequent visits. If you clear local storage, the banner will appear again.
5. Cookies used
cs_consent (Capitalsimpleses): stores your consent choice. _ga, _gid (Google): help estimate site usage if you enabled analytics. _gcl_au (Google Ads): supports conversion measurement if you enabled advertising.
6. Changing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time by clearing local storage for the site or using the “Cookie preferences” link available in the footer.
7. Regulatory framework
We apply Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, the guidance of the Agency for Access to Public Information and industry best practices for digital consent.
