This Policy describes how Capitalsimpleses S.R.L. (“Capitalsimpleses”, “we”) processes the personal information received through this website and our analytical platform, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, its complementary regulations and the guidance of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Information we collect
We collect: (i) identification and contact data you provide in the form (name, email and message); (ii) navigation data such as visited pages, device and language code; (iii) information you voluntarily share within the platform for the requested analysis. We do not request or store third-party credentials or sensitive data.
3. Purposes
We use the information to respond to your requests, operate and improve the platform, produce aggregate usage reports, comply with legal obligations and contact you about updates to the service when you authorize it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent (Sec. 5 of Law 25.326), on the execution of the user relationship and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain data for the time required to provide the service and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a different legal obligation applies. After that, data is anonymized or deleted.
6. Processors and providers
We contract cloud infrastructure and analytics providers that act as data processors. They are bound by confidentiality agreements and security measures equivalent to ours.
7. International transfers
When we transfer data outside Argentina, we only do so to countries deemed adequate by the AAIP or through valid safeguards, such as model clauses.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging and periodic vulnerability reviews.
9. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data by writing to hola@capitalsimpleses.com. You can also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).

We may update this Policy. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last revision.
